Dual Point Holdings grew out of a management and leadership development consultancy – Ndwandwe Consultants. 

Formed in 2003 by Ezra Ndwandwe, the company flourished with clients’ like Coca-Cola, Unisa, Anglo Platinum, Glaxo Smith Kline, SARS, SARCC, House of Busby, Vodacom, Docex and Thebe Investment Corporation.

Its success came from a willingness to search through infinite possibilities and ideas to come up with a few finite thoughts that can change the infinite future of a business entity – hence the Dual Point Holdings infinity symbol.

The name Dual Point comes from the premise that there is always more than one way of looking at problems and opportunities to come up with a finite solution.

Managing Director Ezra Ndwandwe soon realised there are many opportunities to be embraced in the ever changing South African business landscape and as a result, he formed Dual Point Holdings – a 100% BBBE company - as the management entity of a group of subsidiary companies – Dual Point Consulting (formerly Ndwandwe Consultants), Dual Point Media and Dual Point Mining. As a result of being approached by MCom, an m-commerce company to provide management interventions, he decided that there are business opportunities worth exploring in the technology industry. The result - the creation of Dual Point Technology.

These subsidiary companies were formed on the premise that Africa can find its own solutions, hence the pay-off line – Global Insights, African Issues and African Solutions.

This group of companies is poised to deliver unique answers to your business challenges. In each company, clients will be exposed to more than one way of looking at things – they will be offered alternatives that will help enhance their business, and guide them strategically to deliver on their promises to stakeholders.
